WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted..


How long is the Delivery?

We offer free standard delivery to any UK address on a 3-5 working day delivery time on all orders over £100. This is not weight restricted

Due to some product specifications, there may be a lead time of up to 4 weeks. This is only on a small number of products and you will be contacted upon purchase and entitled to a full refund if required.

International Delivery

If you want your order delivered to a remote area please contact our one of our Sales Representatives on 020 8798 0321 before placing your order and we will assist you further.

SHIPPING OF HEAVY ITEMS

When an order has been placed for a heavier product, you will be contacted by phone or email, this will be to confirm a delivery date before your order is dispatched.

Large or heavy items are dispatched through a local pallet network, so if we can’t get in contact with you, this may mean we are not able to send out your purchase on a next day delivery.

As always, please be sure to include a working phone number, and a secondary contact if possible with your order.

Heavy items will require the recipient to make arrangements to take delivery of the goods and may require the recipient to help the courier unload the item.

For items that are delivered on a pallet the courier will leave the pallet as close to your door as possible.

Some Items will require a forklift (or similar) for offloading; if this is not available then we can arrange a Hiab vehicle to offload at an additional price. Upon receipt of the order, where this is applicable, we shall get in contact to discuss the best plan of action.
